What to Expect
Pre-Visit
I understand that visiting a new salon may feel a little intimidating, especially if you're unsure as to what to expect. To help make sure your visit is as seamless and comfortable for you as possible I have compiled some helpful information.
You'll receive a text/email reminder confirmation 72 hours before your upcoming appointment. No action is needed on this reminder, unless you need to cancel or reschedule. You can check and make changes to your upcoming appointment by logging into your account at www.fresha.com​​
Another appointment reminder will be sent 24 hours before your appointment.
On the Day
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time.
Parking is available to the right of my driveway (if free), otherwise please park at the end of Wandi Cres in the cul de sac (3 houses up)

When you arrive please come to the right of the garage and I'll be in there.

I suggest coming to your first visit wearing your hair how you typically like to style it. Seeing your hair dry and styled helps me to choose the best techniques and looks that will enhance and work for your lifestyle.

I want you to relax during your appointment, so please dress comfortably! Please avoid wearing bulky necklines (like hooded sweatshirts and turtlenecks), these get in the way of of providing your a perfect cut and at times colour.

Payment methods: Cash and all major Credit Cards are accepted.
After Goodbye
You should be leaving the salon with a new sense of knowledge on how to care for your hair, what to use to recreate your look and a few styling tips and tricks. There can often be a lot of information in that first visit, if you feel like you forget something or aren't sure how to use the product you purchased, I'm just an email away.
If for whatever reason we didn't schedule your appointment at the time you were leaving, I highly recommend grabbing your calendar out and scheduling your next appointment via the book now link. We would have discussed how often you need to visit to maintain your look. I recommend booking asap as I do book 3-4 weeks out, especially for colour services. ​
If you run out of products between visits, I have an online store where you can place an order and either arrange postage or pick up.
Otherwise, please make sure to keep in touch on socials, as I'm often sharing tips and knowledge bombs, and never feel like you can't reach out. I always want to ensure you are satisfied with your services!
