All the information you need for a seamless experience

Parking & getting there?

​

Parking can be found in the cul-de-sac at the end of Wandi Cres, 3 houses up. When you arrive come up the right hand side of the garage and I'll be in there waiting to meet you :)

What sort of payments do you accept?

​

Cash and eftpos are available, unfortunately at this time I can not accept AMEX payments. 

Cancellations and Reschedules?

​

In order to continue to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. 

​

Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% of total services booked will be due before a new appointment can be scheduled. 

Do I need to wear or do anything specific for my visit?

​

For curl services, please come to your appointment with freshly washed, dry and tangle free hair. 

​

For colour services, please come to your appointment with hair that has been washed 24hrs before your appointment.

​

With your permission, I love to showcase your hair, for the best pictures please wear clothing that has little to no pattern. For blondes a black/dark colour top is preferred and for brunettes a white/light colour top is preferred. This really helps to showcase your hair. 

Do you require deposits?

 

Generally deposits aren't required. But you may need to pay a non-refundable deposit if you have previously cancelled/rescheduled/no-showed within the 48 hr window, or are having a specialty service. 

What is included in your services?

I pride myself on providing you with a luxury salon feel in a cozy environment. 

​

Wifi along with Apple charging cords are available for your visit.

​

I also have an array of drinks and snacks available for your time in the salon, including a selection of T2 teas, soft drinks, cheese and crackers and sweet treat or two. 

How can I make an appointment?

Appointments can be made online by following the link through the book now buttons, or by submitting a request through the contact me tab.

Can I bring my children?

​

We want everyone to have a great time at their appointment, and that includes parents and their children. However, we recommend that you try to arrange childcare if possible. Our salon is a relaxing place, and we want all our clients to enjoy their appointments without any disruptions. If you do need to bring your child, please make sure they are feeling well and well-behaved. We also ask that you keep a close eye on them to prevent any accidental damage. Remember, our salon isn't a safe place for unsupervised kids due to the equipment and products around. We appreciate your understanding, and together, we can ensure a peaceful experience for everyone. 

What happens when I can't find a time that suits online?

I do often book out 3-4 weeks in advance, so if you cna't find a suitable time online I recommend booking the next suitable time available and then jumping on my waitlist. I'll be in touch if something pops up and I can get you in earlier.
